Recipes

Ben's Ambrosia Smoothie:

1 frozen banana
1 cucumber, juiced
1 cup apple cider
10 carrots, juiced
handfull frozen strawberrys
handfull frozen blueberrys
handfull frozen mango or peach slices
4 or 5 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons SP Complete Dairy Free (irony not lost on me)
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil

blend it all, then have a taste bud party

Impossibly delicious
